So Paris Hilton may have had to spend three-plus weeks in jail, but she did so at a rate of about $40,000 dollars a day. (Note, that's on top off all of her equity which is probably paying off at a much greater daily rate than that.) It's hard to be a rich felon in America.

That damned free speech thing....

I'd like a law that convicted criminals can't author a book or be paid to be on teevee.

But I never watch network 'news' stuff, anyway - so maybe I don't hear/see it, it didn't get said.

If I were (hypothtically) a prison worker who managed (hypothetically) to coax sexual favors from Paris, how much would ABC pay me to tell my story? I'll give you 15%.
