More inherent contempt

Since you were wondering--and I'm sure you were--getting a conviction for inherent contempt of Congress requires a majority in whichever body is holding the trial. There you have it.

Nice and simple, huh. Pity the poor SOB of a Sergeant-at-Arms that might have to execute the instructions to bring the contemptee to the bar in Congress.

I still like my idea of using the US Marshalls as backup to the S-a-A. I want Secret Service versus US Marshalls duking it out on the WH lawn.

Or, maybe the Congress needs to use its Constitutional Powers to get its own army, navy, marine, coast guard and air force. Or purchase some black helicopters for the UN to use to enforce the warrant. [just kiddin]
