Yoo makes as much sense as you'd expect Bush to come up with.

But, there are some things the Dems just couldn't accept without having two Dem. parties as a result. Yoo is one of those things.

The Congressional Dems (especially the Senate) must know that any more of these knee-jobs will result in a fractured party.

Yoo does not = FISA. Yoo wants to kill FISA. FISC is a rubber stamp kangaroo court, but Yoo doesn't think the administration should even have to get the rubber stamp.

I have all sorts of problems with FISA, but my problems with this administration have a lot to do with their circumvention and perversion of it.

Everybody should be more clear on that, Mike, you're right. But you can safely assume that when Jim writes "Yoo=FISA" he means something approximateing "Yoo wants all our phones tapped."

Yup. I meant: FISA is the recent limitless-powers FISA that essentially bypasses court supervision and lets our trusty Atty Gen and DNI decide things. Brian has remote sensing powers on my brain.

Yeah, I knew what everybody meant, but it just pisses me off that it's soooooo easy to comply with the law and they won't even do that. It's like using marked cards AND a revolver. No class.
