College cost reduction

Some of the people I know on Capitol Hill have been independently pushing me to run this ad. Hard. Normally I wouldn't just shill for them--especially because they apparently think I'm some sort of apparatchick--but this particular ad makes use of sexual perversion as a marketing tactic, and inasmuch as I approve of such things, I figured I'd make an exception this one time:
