Linda Hirshman, inspired by Garance Franke-Ruta, explains:

The conventional wisdom is that by openly calling attention to the possibility of a gender agenda, women lose, so they speak in coded language to each other instead, which is what the Clinton campaign did.

Ok... fair enough. But can you ladies at least let us knuckle-draggers know a little something about this coded language? Is it similar to the way evangelicals can pepper their speaking with Christian references we sinners simply don't understand? If so, is there a woman bible out there we can read to get up to speed? I imagine something like that would help my romantic life me be a better person.
