More Lieberman-Warner

I followed today's hearing--the first before the full Environment and Public Works committee--to examine America's Climate Security Act. The Cunctator did so in much greater detail. Give 'em all a read.

P.S. One interesting fact--Hillary Clinton was not present at the hearing. Still no indication from her on her feelings about Lieberman-Warner, which is much less aggressive than her campaign proposal, but also the sort of compromise bill she's famous for supporting.
