Small steps not fast enough.

Looks like President Bush has decided that working with a Democratic Congress slows down his rapid-fire destruction of the country, so he's gonna do his best to pivot around them. Henry Waxman just got busier.

Administrative orders? Just where in the Constitution or law do they reside?

The President (especially President 24%) has one clear Constitional duty: To take care that the laws be faithfully administered.

If administrative orders (or Executive Orders) are contrary to the law, they are invalid. Hang his 24% ass from the yardarms.
