Ignoring Kristol?

I'm more and more of the opinion that I should just ignore everything Bill Kristol ever writes, and dismiss him instead, Fallows-style, for the insipidity of his prose.

The young Henley had written [Invictus] the amputation of his foot because of tubercular infection. He lived until age 53, apparently unbow’d and unafraid, a productive poet, critic and editor.

Just kinda stumbles off the tongue, doesn't it? Meanwhile, at no point did Kristol realize that he wasted 800 words salivating over John McCain's recitative knowledge of poetry when McCain had misquoted Invictus in his victory speech.
