Kennedy endorsement

Thanks for posting this, Brian. I've found that it gets even more effective upon second viewing.

I believe that the Obama campaign needs to use this endorsement video as widely as possible in the weeks ahead, even as TV/cable ads, and I hope the Dem. netroots post it prominently. This is frame-changing rhetoric - straight from the heart to the mind.

I could clearly feel, and I think most viewers will agree, that the torch HAS been passed, and that we have a new generation of leadership ahead. As a member of the several generations that have tried to keep this torch alive since the era of FDR, I'm ready for that torch passing, and happy to have the chance to vote to make it happen again in our time.

So, here's the torch to you and your generation and the several generations since the 1960's that have witnessed frontal assaults to put out that torch. It barely has flickered in recent years, but the winds are blowing to make it flame brightly in the period ahead - if, and only if, the American people become that force that makes it happen.
