Maybe you all knew this but Sen. Claire McCaskill is Obama's Missouri chair. McCaskill sits on the Armed Services Committee with... Hillary Rodham Clinton. If HRC's so good at working the bureaucracy, why don't her colleagues seem to think she'd be its best steward?
