Oscars

The Oscar's may very well not happen this year, but here's a small round-up of the nominees. I haven't seen Atonement, so I can't comment on its success. But I have seen Michael Clayton and though I really enjoyed it, I'm surprised to see it so heavily rewarded. Also, what's the deal with Juno? Yes, it's very charming, etc. etc. but I happened to see it twice, and there are definitely scenes in there where the dialog is so forced that it made me wince. Thoughts?
