Notes on a blog

As many of you may have noticed, output on this site has been pretty slow for the last two to three weeks. There are a lot of personal and professional reasons for that; some positive, some negative--some convincing excuses, some pathetic excuses.

At any rate, those excuses are over... sort of! I leave tomorrow to spend a couple weeks with the family in Spain (going to Barcelona, Madrid, Granada, and Bilbao). But I'm back on March 26 (hopefully well rested, decompressed) and I hope at that point to resume a fairly regular blogging schedule. Until then!
