Howard's end?

Dean is leaving the DNC. So let's do the responsible thing and speculate wildly about where Obama will (or should) place him in his administration. Health and Human Services? Surgeon General? Or will Dean eschew any more public service and go make buckets full of money on the book writing/public speaking/lobbying circuit?
