Oh boy oh boy oh boy!

This makes me very happy. Obama has been more consistent about this in recent months than I can ever remember a politician being about anything. Of course, the Congress is an independent branch of government, its leaders can be territorial and obnoxious, and if they (cough, Max Baucus, cough) have other ideas, they get a say-so.
