Zinsmeister update

In case you were on the edge of your seat (and I'm sure all of you were) turns out Karl Zinsmeister--now Bush's Domestic Policy Council Director--is the former editor of AEI's old magazine, The American Enterprise. Sounds like KZ and Bush were made for each other in Jamie's article. Did he actually do anything while in the WH policy position? Didn't someone leave the WH and claim the WH policy apparatus was the mayberry machiavellis at work?
