Kevin Drum complains about the new Bond film:
The pace was so frenetic — chase, fight, chase, fight, chase, fight — that there was hardly any story that seemed worth following, and what story there was just wasn't very interesting. (Cornering the water supply of Bolivia? Seriously? And you thought the later Roger Moore movies were ridiculous?)
I sort of sympathize. After all, there's a real (and recent) historical precedent here: When private entities try to seize Bolivia's water supply, the Bolivian people take to the streets.

Yeah, I wish they sat around and played a shitload of card games which had no real impact on the plot. I hate tons of frenetic chases and fights on the Big Screen.
